      Fourth, the coating waste water zero discharge machine operating procedures

      1. The main control switch is turned on and the device is powered.

      2. After the equipment is powered on, open two sets of system switches (main switch A, main switch B) of the electric control box.

     3. Open the sludge pump of the two systems (sludge pump 1A, sludge pump 1B).

     4. Visually inspect the influent of the two sets of sludge pumps to the equipment reaction tank for about 1 minute, then turn on the reaction pump (reaction pump A, reaction pump B).

     5. After the two sets of reaction pumps are turned on, immediately turn on the dosing pump (AB agent A, AB agent B).

     Sixth, finally open the scraper (scraper A, scraper B), and adjust the scraper slag interval.
